IES welcomes new Director of HR Consultancy and Research

The Institute for Employment Studies (IES) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Griffin as Director of HR Consultancy and Research.
Griffin, currently Executive Director of HR and OD at the South East Coast Ambulance Service, is a leading expert in strategic HR, organisational development and business strategy. He brings extensive experience in a range of HR Director, senior management and consultancy roles spanning the private, public and charitable sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, Institute Director Tony Wilson said:

His well-earned reputation as a thought-and-practice leader, combined with a pragmatic, improvement-focussed approach, means he will be an invaluable asset to IES and to the organisations that we work with. Ed Griffin will take up the post of Director of HR Consultancy and Research on April 30th, joining the senior leadership team and working alongside 40 multidisciplinary staff based in Brighton and London.
