Assessment note on the European added value of applying the principle of equal pay

IES and Matrix Insight were commissioned by the European Parliament to provide an assessment note on the European added value of applying the principle of equal pay in the EU. The work focused specifically on the gender pay gap and the efficacy of the measures that could be put into place to narrow it.
