Describing and Assessing Culture Change at HSE

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) asked IES to write up a case study of their culture change programme 'Better together'. This programme has seen HSE move from a split headquarters in London and Bootle to a single headquarters, and has sought to foster more collaborative ways of working, problem solving and knowledge sharing. The case study describes the process and assess its success to date.
