Evaluation of Coaching in the NHS

The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement (NHS Institute) commissioned IES to carry out an over-arching evaluation of coaching intervention to support leadership development across the NHS. Some evaluation had been carried out of the individual elements of the current coaching portfolio of interventions, but what was now required was to demonstrate the impact of the NHS Institute's coaching interventions on the NHS in meeting business objectives.
