IES worked with Training Journal and a consortium of sponsors to explore the future of Learning and Development in the workplace. In this second phase of the project, the particular focus was on the skill set that would be required of L&D Professionals in the future, drawing on the scenarios developed in Phase 1, and case studies of leading edge organisations.
