National UK expert for a fitness check of the EC information and consultation Directive

This project provided information on the UK implemention of EU rules on information and consultation, contained in three EC Directives, relating to information and consultation, transfer of undertakings and collective redundancies, in order to feed into an EU-wide fitness check of information and consultation regulation. The project comprised desk research, interviews with social partners and experts and 4 case studies of companies. The work fed into an EU-wide fitness check of these Directives.
