Putting Strengths into Development

IES worked with the IT HR team of Rolls-Royce to provide a strengths-focused element to the team's development programme. The team were based internationally in USA, Canada, Germany and the UK. The programme consisted of each person completing a Strengthscope psychometric questionnaire, two telephone coaching sessions and team tele-conferencing. The aim of the programme was not only to help the individuals become more effective, but also find ways that their strengths could best be deployed across the whole geographic area.
