Review of Training Delivery for a Government Department
IES was asked by a government department to review their current training delivery arrangements. The review involved internal and external information-gathering phases. Internally, we explored business needs and clarified perceptions of current performance. Externally, we identified a range of training delivery options currently used by other organisations and presented these visually and diagrammatically. This approach provided the organisation with the information it needed to decide whether current arrangements, minor tweaks, or a total change were required so that learning development can help the organisation meet its future challenges.
