Understanding the Value of Interaction with the Investors in People Framework

UKCES has commissioned IES to explore the inherent value that employers do or do not derive from interaction with the Investors in People (IiP) framework; how they make decisions about whether or not to re-accredit, or why they withdraw from the customer journey towards accreditation. The research consists of 36 in-depth interviews with the IiP customer groups of interest: long-term accredited organisations; those who have decided not to re-accredit; and those who have committed to IiP but who do not progress to accreditation. The results of the research will be used to inform develop of the future stategy of IiP.
