Workplace Projects Evaluation

IES was commissioned to evaluate Acas' Workplace Projects service. Workplace Projects are collaborative in-house projects, facilitated by Acas advisors and run within organisations by management and employee representatives. They are a bespoke service and, as such, are undertaken to understand and tackle a wide range of employment relations and HR problems. The evaluation included a survey that measured how the main management and employee representatives view the impact of their projects 3-15 months after completion; and a series of four in-depth case studies of Workplace Projects.
