26 Oct 2011
On Tuesday 6th December, Peter Reilly, IES Director of HR Research and Consultancy, will chair The Guardian's Future of HR Summit 2011.
This year's conference will focus on Managing Change, and Peter will lead senior HR professionals for a day of new thinking, learning and best practice about the future of HR.
He will introduce speakers from a range of leading organisations, who will explore topics such as employee engagement, securing senior management buy in, talent retention and using HR analytics and metrics.
Peter will also lead interactive table discussions to encourage networking and sharing of lessons between HR professionals, and introduce best practice case studies from organisations including Channel 4, Marks and Spencer, Jaguar Land Rover and Tesco.
The day should attract senior HR executives, wanting to hear about how to effectively engage and reward employees; how HR needs to adapt to changing political, social and economic trends; the impact of globalisation on your organisation and workforce; what CEOs and boards want from the HR department; how advances in HR metrics and analytics can transform organisational structure and people management, and strategies for improving talent retention.
