Mutual learning on anticipating and managing restructuring

IES is taking part in a comparative study, funded by the European Commission and led by the training centre of the International Labour Organisation (ICT-ILO), examining good practice in anticipating and managing restructuring at sectoral level in France and Germany, and disseminating this to participants in Romania and Bulgaria, by means of mutual learning via organised workshops. The research will aim to draw up transnational guidelines on anticipating and managing change. IES will give expert advice and support to the project.
