This event deepened understanding of the line of sight between the purpose of coaching and the conditions required to maximise its impact. Delegates also gained insights into using evidence and data to inform design and improvement. Organisations increasingly expect to see results quickly. Coaching isn't the fastest development method (it isn't meant to be). So it is essential that we design and adapt our coaching initiatives in such a way as to drive the greatest value that we can from each coaching encounter and that we are confident in using evidence to evolve its focus or delivery as business needs change.
