Learning from lean

Lots of organisations have used lean techniques, six sigma, business process re-engineering and the like but have they solved the problem. Have processes become smarter, slicker and cheaper? Are there new problems that have arisen in their wake or never really got tacked? For example, people’s performance may still not be what you wanted – the attitudes and behaviours not fully addressed? If so, this workshop will examine what might be the main impediments to people productivity, how lean etc. can help, but what other, especially behavioural, interventions might also be necessary.
