From April you will need to be able to accommodate parents who want to share leave around the birth of their child. Are you ready for this? Do you know how you will pay Shared Parental Leave (SPL)? What blocks of time you will allow? And who you are going to cover (just the partners of working women or all partners)?

This session will explore the options and consider what other organisations are planning to do. It will be practical and thought provoking and leave you equipped to implement SPL in your organisation.
